The impact of innovating is what truly gives meaning to the process. Innovating connects problems with solutions, and these connect with society in a process of scaling and entrepreneurship (Innovating Series Episode 10)

So, the actual impact will depend on how able we are to understand and learn from the problem and to delve deeper into it, but also how efficiently we scale out solutions.

That is why it is essential to understand and learn from the problem, but also to measure the impact of the solutions on the society.

If we do not measure that ultimate impact, we do not evaluate our process of innovating itself. Without assessment, there is no learning and, therefore, there won’t be progress.

We will also run the risk of being diluted among hundreds of charlatans who knock on our door daily to finally be all smoke and mirrors. Without talking about impact and, much less, about measurable results.
